Most suggested Extent of Work in Routine Preventive Upkeep Visit in both Motor and Alternator side.

1.1 Engine Side Checking

1.2 Electrical Side

1.       Cleaning of excitation unit and retightening of associations

2.       Blowering of alternator stator and rotor windings

3.       Checking of electrical switch

4.       Checking of coolant temperature trip

5.       Fixing of associations of united switches

6.       Voltage of batteries and dynamo yield

7.       Checking of any unbalancing in load

8.       Checking all associations in board.

        We are offering some various bundles for various prerequisite of the customers.

Note: Our normal Visit & Inspection Charges are Rs.5,000/- in Twin cities.

4.            PAYMENT TERMS

100% development alongside buy request. Somewhat installment can likewise be satisfactory on two/three equivalent portion with common comprehension.

5.            CUSTOMER OBLIGATION

 In case of any emergency like political issues, road block, traffic jam and other issues, your understanding/cooperation for our personnel/workers.  

There will be no insurance policy/warranty from our side for the equipment under test/maintenance.

In case of any dispute shall be settled in Islamabad. 

If we do arrange spare parts shall be charged additionally warranty will subject to manufacturer.  

6.      TERMS AND CONDITIONS

           

• Necessary drawings, software and other related materials should be provided by the client.
•  In case of long bread/shut down, we shall not be responsible for production lose.
•  Start of contract period is subject to 100 percent advance payment along with commercial clear purchase order.
• In case if shutdown will be required for a major maintenance, should be allowed in normal working hours.
• Above packages mentioned in Table 01 will be applicable only for 10 to 200 kVA Gen Sets installed in Twin Cities (Rwp&Isb).
• Gen Sets of higher ratings and if installed in other cities, charges will be decided mutually.
•  Spare parts, lubrication and consumables are not included in these packages.  

7.           EMERGENCY COMPLAINTS

             Emergency Complaints can be reported to reported person of your aria and are                 

               handled as soon as possible.
